Friends of Vitala, Inc. is the US fundraising arm of Vitala Global Foundation. Friends of Vitala, Inc. has the authority to make grants to Vitala Global Foundation or other organizations. Grants shall be made only to the organizations and only for the purposes identified in Friends of Vitala, Inc.'s Certificate of Incorporation.​
